Dillon Joyce

Vice President Battery Ventures

Dillon, a vice president at Battery, focuses on growth and later-stage software investments, including growth-equity deals, buyouts, rollups and take-privates. He is currently involved with Battery’s investments in Chargify/SaaSOptics, ContinuumCloud, Guardsquare, PageUp, Quinyx and Shippeo.

Prior to joining Battery, Dillon was an investment banking analyst in Barclays’ technology group. There, he worked on a variety of M&A transactions, debt and equity financings and strategic-advisory assignments.

Dillon holds a BS in business administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from Boston University.
